The Officers of Pape-Dawson Engineers, Inc. are pleased to announce the promotion of Mr. Jon Adame to Senior Vice President. In this role, Mr. Adame will be responsible for technical oversight of the firm’s land development services, and he will continue to take a strong leadership role in the promotion and management of these services.
Mr. Adame joined Pape-Dawson Engineers in 1992 and has more than 25 years’ experience in civil engineering. His responsibilities include subdivision layout, design, and master planning of land parcels, regulatory submittal, and approvals. Jon works with clients to convert their development ideas into reality through initial master planning, application of development codes to each specific parcel, creation of development cost, and design and construction related services. He is involved in the creation of legal lots from large and small parcels, establishment of public and private easements, as well as design and construction administration.
During his career at Pape-Dawson, Mr. Adame has successfully led many innovative, high-profile land development projects, such as Luckey Ranch, Rogers Ranch, Stillwater Ranch; the Talise De Culebra; Vulcan Materials Quarry Development Feasibility Analysis; and Westcreek.
Mr. Adame served as a representative on the Government Relations Committee for the Real Estate Council of San Antonio and is also a member of the Texas Society of Professional Engineers.

Mr. Adame holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
