Located within an abandoned limestone quarry and the Camp Bullis Awareness Zone/Military Influence Area, The RIM is an 800-acre, multi-use development with 1.5 million SF of retail space and 200,000 SF of office space in northwest San Antonio.
Pape-Dawson led master planning, civil site design, floodplain reclamation, channel restoration, roadway and bridge design, drainage design, utility coordination, and permitting. As part of our efforts on The RIM, we also provided services for Springhill Suites, Residence Inn, and Hilton Garden Inn.
