Frost Bank

As the largest regional bank based in San Antonio, Frost Bank has entrusted us with their civil engineering needs for years. Pape-Dawson has provided the civil engineering design for more than 15 San Antonio-area Frost Bank facilities as well as headquarters and data center facilities.

Our services have included platting, surveying, permitting (some projects located over the Edwards Aquifer Recharge Zone), utility plans, grading and drainage plans, environmental permitting, stormwater pollution prevention plans, and water pollution abatement plans.

Tesoro Headquarters

Pape-Dawson provided the civil design for Tesoro’s corporate headquarters (now Andeavor). The campus consists of one 13-story, 484,000-SF office building; one 6-story, 179,000-SF office building; and a 6-floor, 179,000-SF garage.
