Pape-Dawson completed civil engineering services for the corporate headquarters for Security Service Federal Credit Union in northwest Bexar County. The headquarters (now housing Howard Energy) consists of a 270,000-SF operations building, event center, tower, and parking garage to accommodate 950 employees. Our responsibilities included topographic and tree survey, schematic design, water pollution abatement plan and geologic assessment, subdivision platting, and off-site sanitary sewer extension. Pape-Dawson also completed the site development/civil engineering design, traffic impact analysis, drainage ordinance compliance, and utility service easements.
