In 2011, Pape Dawson led the master planning process of this HEB manufacturing and goods distribution hub in Houston. Since then, we have provided civil design, survey, and project management services for several warehouse expansions, including meat and poultry, produce and dry goods, bakery, freezer, and the snack plant.
We also helped with various staging, office, and parking lot additions and off-site needs, such as sanitary sewer pipelines and water line extensions.
