Rivercrest Bluffs is a 37-lot, gated residential community in Fort Worth, providing large custom and semi-custom home lots with views of the Trinity River. Pape-Dawson worked with the City of Fort Worth to take the project from conceptual planning efforts through the preliminary and final platting process. Our engineers coordinated with the Trinity River Water District (TRWD) and other agencies to meet all TRWD water quality requirements.
We designed a BMP SNOUT® storm drainage system that conveys post-development stormwater runoff for the community to an existing City-built stormwater drainage system and removes pollutants and floatables in the stormwater (including oil, sediment, and trash) to the minimum specifications established by TRWD.
