Tehama Bluffs is a 166-lot single-family development in north Fort Worth. By conducting river analysis system modeling, Pape-Dawson discovered that stormwater would drain from future tracts into the current development project. Through the creative use of open channels, our engineers designed a system of temporary swales to capture runoff from the upstream tracts and safely rerouted the water into a nearby stream until permanent drainage fixtures are created during future development.
