Pape-Dawson performed surveying tasks for the development of the Shops of La Cantera in San Antonio, from surveying the raw land to the final as-built. As part of the as-built process, we prepared a detailed land title survey and analyzed documents contained in the title commitment to determine their proposed application to this large commercial land development tract. The land title survey evaluated significant factors affecting boundary locations, ownership lines, rights of way, and easements within and immediately surrounding the La Cantera property.
