The Officers of Pape-Dawson Engineers, Inc. are pleased to announce the promotion of Ms. Shauna Weaver to Senior Vice President. In this role, Ms. Weaver will be responsible for technical oversight of the firm’s land development services, and she will continue to take a strong leadership role in the promotion and management of these services.
Ms. Weaver joined Pape-Dawson Engineers in 1994 and has 22 years’ experience in public and private land development projects. She is responsible for all aspects of project development, including high-level master planning, cost estimates, scheduling, preliminary civil and environmental engineering, schematic design, construction documents, regulatory approvals, bidding, contracts, and construction administration.
During her career at Pape-Dawson, Ms. Weaver has successfully led many innovative, high-profile land development projects, such as Bexar Metro 911 Network District Emergency Operations Center, Alamo Ranch, Classen-Steubing Ranch, Stonewall Estates, Balcones Creek Ranch, Dominion Crossing, Niagara Bottling, Santikos Casa Blanca, H-E-B-Bulverde, Kickapoo Casino Expansion, , Great Hearts Northern Oaks Charter School, Embassy Suites Hotel & Conference Center and several other projects at the Brooks City-Base, and various major street extensions, including Bulverde Road, Shaenfield Road, and TPC Parkway.
Ms. Weaver was the recipient of the “Young Engineer of the Year” from the Texas Society of Professional Engineers – Bexar Chapter in 1997. She served as the President the Texas Society of Professional Engineers – Bexar Chapter in 2012. She is also currently serving as President of the Congregational Council at St. Paul Lutheran Church of Bulverde.

Ms. Weaver holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University. She is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas and holds Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, Building Design, and Construction credentials in the State of Texas.
