Fort Worth, Texas (April 8, 2025) – Pape-Dawson is thrilled to announce that Christine Graygor, P.E., has been promoted to Managing Principal, North Texas. Christine joined Pape-Dawson in 2019, bringing 30 years of experience in civil engineering design and management.
Since joining Pape-Dawson, she has played an integral role in managing the successful delivery of major transportation projects across the Metroplex and throughout Texas. Most recently, she served as Program Manager for TxDOT’s North Tarrant Express (NTE) General Engineering Consultant (GEC) contract, overseeing the $5B+ NTE project. Her leadership on this initiative, among others, has been instrumental in securing additional TxDOT Comprehensive Engineering Consulting (CEC) contracts in both the San Antonio and Austin Districts, strengthening our reputation as a premier transportation service provider in Texas.
In her new role as Managing Principal, North Texas, Christine will leverage her proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects to advance Pape-Dawson’s presence in the region. She will focus on supporting our staff, cultivating and enhancing client relationships, and identifying strategic growth opportunities to expand our impact in the competitive North Texas market.
Beyond the office, Christine has demonstrated a sound commitment to her community and profession. She is a graduate of Leadership Fort Worth, a past president of the Tarrant County chapter of the American Council of Engineering Companies, and a former board member of Aggie Women.
