Dustin McKinney, PMP Promoted To Vice President
Fort Worth, Texas (June 18, 2024) – Pape-Dawson Engineers announces the promotion of Dustin McKinney, PMP to Vice President. Mr. McKinney joined Pape-Dawson in 2019 and has 26 years of experience in transportation design and management. His areas of expertise include stakeholder management, financial management plans, budget administration, cost benefit analyses, and risk management.
Mr. McKinney has been responsible for quality control, strategic planning, and change management for several major transportation projects throughout North Texas including TxDOT’s North Tarrant Express, TxDOT’s Dallas-Fort Worth Connector, NTTA’s Chisholm Trail Parkway, and the Capitol Expressway. He also contributes greatly to Pape-Dawson’s business development efforts.
In his new role as Vice President, Mr. McKinney will continue to work on high-level transportation projects and business development, while leading the growth of successful teams at Pape-Dawson.
