Atlanta (Eberly)

Pape-Dawson’s Atlanta office was established by the acquisition of Eberly & Associates in January of 2025. Led by Kevin Edwards, P.E., the Atlanta team has provided professional engineering, landscape architecture, and land planning services to a wide range of clients across the Southeastern United States. From state-of-the-art higher education campuses to industrial manufacturing sites and mixed-use developments, the group takes pride in providing high-quality design services for projects that make a positive impact on the community. The team’s signature projects in the area include1105 West Peachtree Street, Star Metals District, Georgia Tech John Lewis Student Center, and the Makita U.S.A Headquarters.

The team has built a strong culture that they work hard to maintain through social events, community involvement, and giving back. The group’s industry involvement includes ULI Atlanta, AIA Atlanta, NAIOP Georgia, SIOR Georgia, and SMPS Atlanta. The team is also proud to support NOMA Atlanta, BeltATL, and ALS United Georgia. As advocates for their profession, many of our employees serve as college and capstone advisors at Kennesaw State University, University of Georgia and Georgia Tech.
