NuStar Energy’s corporate headquarters is nestled in a hillside overlooking The RIM Shopping Center in Northeast San Antonio. This 600,000 SF corporate campus includes a four-story, 1,000-vehicle parking garage and is located on 32 acres within the 680-acre La Cantera Master Development Plan.
Pape-Dawson served as the civil engineer responsible for conducting a feasibility study to evaluate access, zoning, platting, environmental, topographic, drainage, and utility service issues related to the hilly site. Our services also included a grading and drainage plan, extensive utility coordination and design, a water pollution abatement plan and stormwater pollution prevention plan, a TxDOT driveway permit, and construction phase services.
We also developed the master plan for a second 1,000-space garage for a future phase of development.
