Pape-Dawson provided civil, platting, and surveying services for South Shore Retail, a 5-acre commercial site in Austin consisting of five buildings across four lots. The project was constructed as part of a Unified Development Agreement.
Our engineers coordinated with multiple agencies to permit and design intersection improvements, pedestrian and vehicular traffic control, and detours; to negotiate a license agreement for private improvements in the right of way; and to plan numerous utility connections. We also provided an extensive downstream conveyance analysis to verify the capacity and safety of existing flood-prevention infrastructure.
