Pape-Dawson is serving as Program Manager for large scale infrastructure improvements for the City to support major industrial investments. This work is planned through 2027 and includes upgrades and improvements to a water treatment plant, a wastewater treatment plant, pump stations, pipelines, storage tanks and roads.
With several large, complex, accelerated projects of varying scope and design teams running concurrently, Pape-Dawson is managing a program that gives the City the ability to easily track project status, manage risk and anticipate challenges that need City assistance or action. With 13 projects, the current value of this program over the next 5 years is $900 million.
