Stevens Ranch is a 2,097-acre mixed-use development with major thoroughfares, natural habitats, and commercial and single-family residential developments. Pape-Dawson was responsible for the civil design and environmental permitting for the project. To field locate gas lines and prepare a 10’ utility easement, we provided professional land surveying services, including collecting LiDAR data and aerial imagery from our UAV platforms. Our Geospatial Division collected and processed highly accurate topography data from the LiDAR point cloud within days.
