As part of the City of San Antonio’s 2012 Bond Program, Pape-Dawson designed the conversion of Main Avenue and Soledad Street from one-way to two-way between Commerce and Martin Streets, developing traffic signal plans for eight intersections.
We completed the traffic signal design layout, signal timing and phasing, utility coordination, signing layout, and accessibility improvements (revised crosswalks, audible pedestrian signals, pedestrian lighting design).
