Pape-Dawson Engineers is pleased to announce the promotion of Zubin Sukheswalla, P.E., CFM to Vice President.

Mr. Sukheswalla joined Pape-Dawson in 2018 and has more than 16 years of civil engineering experience in public works planning and quality management with specializations in water, wastewater, floodplain and stormwater master planning, capital improvement plan development, and flood risk mitigation. Under his leadership, Pape-Dawson’s Water Resources business has seen tremendous growth throughout North Texas. His recent project experience includes the Willow Creek Watershed Study and the Spring Gully Watershed Planning Project for Harris County Flood Control District.

“Zubin is a talented engineer with an impressive work ethic and leadership-style through example,” Pape-Dawson Senior Vice President Cara Tackett, P.E., LEED AP said. “In his time here at Pape-Dawson, Zubin has proven his leadership skills through his successful efforts to lead valuable projects in the North Texas area and to work collaboratively with our teams across the State. I look forward to witnessing Zubin’s and Pape-Dawson’s Water Resources continued growth.”

He is an active member of the Texas Floodplain Management Association, American Council of Engineering Companies, Texas Society of Professional Engineers, and American Public Works Association North Central Texas Chapter.

Mr. Sukheswalla earned a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Mumbai. He is a Certified Floodplain Manager and a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas.
