Pape-Dawson Proudly Announces Carol Skloss, PHR, SHRM-CP as Vice President, Human Resources
San Antonio, TX – (April 12, 2022) Pape-Dawson Engineers has promoted Carol Skloss, PHR, SHRM-CP to Vice President, Human Resources. Ms. Skloss has more than 30 years of experience in business, operations, and human resources management. In this new role, she will continue to provide leadership and guidance for the Human Resources team, creating and maintaining processes that improve efficiency for both employees and external customers.
Since joining Pape-Dawson in 2014, Ms. Skloss has managed critical projects that have improved employee relations, onboarding and training, compliance, benefits and compensation, and employee health and safety. She currently manages firmwide COVID-19 support and guidance, risk management initiatives, human resources merger and acquisition activities, and employee immigration visa cases.

Ms. Skloss earned her B.B.A. in Personnel/Human Resources and Business Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio and M.B.A. in Management from Our Lady of the Lake University. She holds Professional in Human Resources and Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional certifications, where she is also a member.
