Microsoft Data Center
Pape-Dawson was the civil engineer for the 470,000-SF Microsoft MSN Live data center, located in Westover Hills at the intersection of Rogers Road and Wiseman Boulevard.
Navistar
Pape-Dawson completed the site mass grading and is assisting with the completion of the civil construction plans for the 950,000-SF Navistar Assembly Plant.
Niagara Bottling Plant

NuStar Energy
Pape-Dawson was the civil engineer for the approximately 600,000-SF NuStar Energy Corporate Campus, including a four-story, 1,000-space parking garage on a 32-acre site.
T.J. Maxx Distribution Center
Pape-Dawson is the civil engineer for the $150 million, 1.2-million SF T.J. Maxx Distribution Center, located on 200 acres in southeast San Antonio.
Toyota Motors Manufacturing Plant
