The Pape-Dawson Engineers’ Charitable Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, was created in 2015 in honor of Pape-Dawson’s 50th anniversary to provide employees the opportunity to make a tangible, significant impact on employee-selected, local, nonprofit organizations. To date, Pape-Dawson and employees have raised and donated combined funds to numerous local charities. Pape-Dawson employees also volunteer their time to more than 100 different charitable, civic, and professional organizations.
