Grace Tsai, P.E., PMP Hired as Vice President, Commercial Land Development
Houston, TX – (August 17, 2023) Pape-Dawson Engineers, LLC is excited to announce the hiring of Grace Tsai, P.E., PMP, as Vice President, Commercial Land Development. Ms. Tsai began her career at Pape-Dawson and now returns after 15 years in the public sector, bringing over 23 years of experience in civil engineering, project management, and quality assurance. In her new role, Ms. Tsai joins Pape-Dawson’s Commercial Land Development team in the Houston area.
Ms. Tsai has extensive experience in implementing processes and procedures to increase efficiency and improve project delivery aspects, such as constructability, relevance, and cost effectiveness. Her impressive portfolio of work includes leading program management for capital improvement project portfolios exceeding $500M in Harris County.
In addition to her experience with Pape-Dawson in San Antonio working on numerous large commercial projects like the Shops at La Cantera and AT&T Center, Ms. Tsai has led several initiatives in the transportation sector, including roadway maintenance, pavement management, roadway drainage, and park infrastructure, and established criteria to prioritize improvement projects, including evaluating funding alternatives utilizing local, state, and federal grant opportunities.
