Maxwell-Reddick Fully Transitions
and Rebrands to Pape-Dawson

6 February 2025

Atlanta, Georgia (February 6, 2025) – Pape-Dawson Engineers is pleased to announce that Maxwell-Reddick has completely transitioned and rebranded to Pape-Dawson. Maxwell-Reddick was acquired by Pape-Dawson in February 2024, and the two firms have been integrating processes and teams for the past year.

As part of this transition, Joey Maxwell, P.E., former president of Maxwell-Reddick, has been named Managing Principal, Georgia. In his new role, he will be responsible for leading Pape-Dawson’s operations within the state. This appointment highlights Pape-Dawson’s commitment to maintaining established local leadership in its new geographic markets.

Pape-Dawson announced its second acquisition in Georgia, Atlanta-based Eberly & Associates, earlier this year – a move that provides expanded local expertise and capabilities for its Georgia clients.

“Joey’s leadership and experience will be invaluable as we continue to build our presence in Georgia,” said Trey Dawson, P.E., President of Pape-Dawson. “We deeply value the legacy and accomplishments that Joey and his team bring with them and are confident in his ability to lead our Georgia teams to success.”

“After a year of thoughtful integration efforts, I am thrilled for Maxwell-Reddick to adopt the Pape-Dawson name and brand. This enhances our ability to seamlessly utilize expanded resources, offer added capabilities, and collaborate to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions for our clients,” said Joey Maxwell, P.E., Managing Principal, Georgia. “Since joining Pape-Dawson, our team has experienced less than 2% turnover – a testament to the strength of our shared values and culture. We are stronger together, and I look forward to working alongside Eberly’s team to make an even greater impact in Georgia.”
