Amanda Edmondson Promoted to Senior Vice President
Houston, Texas (August 20, 2025) – Pape-Dawson is proud to announce the promotion of Amanda Edmondson, P.E., to Senior Vice President. With more than 20 years of civil engineering experience, Amanda has played a vital role in building Pape-Dawson’s residential development practice across the Greater Houston area.
Amanda has led the design and development of more than 30 residential communities, overseeing projects from feasibility studies through final construction. Her experience includes comprehensive work in roadway, drainage, water, and sewer design, as well as complex permitting coordination and construction management. Amanda delivers impactful results on complex projects. Bauer Landing in Hockley, Wayside Village in Houston, and Freeman Ranch in Waller County are just a few of the many developments she has helped to push forward, bringing strategic foresight and solutions-driven leadership to overcome unique design and permitting challenges.
In her new role as Senior Vice President, Amanda will continue to lead residential land development teams in the Houston region, serving as a mentor for future leaders and supporting strategic growth initiatives for the team’s practice across the Texas region.
