Poulos & Bennett, GradyMinor, Morris Engineering, & Bonnett Design Group Unite Under Pape-Dawson Brand
SAN ANTONIO, Texas (December 2, 2025) – Pape-Dawson, one of the nation’s leading civil engineering and professional services firms, is proud to announce that four of our partner firms in Florida have rebranded under the Pape-Dawson name.
Pape-Dawson’s expansion into Florida began with the acquisition of Poulos & Bennett in 2023. GradyMinor followed in 2024, with Morris Engineering and Bonnett Design Group joining the firm in 2025. After strategically integrating processes and business systems, the Florida teams are excited to take the next step by adopting the Pape-Dawson identity.
Pape-Dawson recently announced its fifth acquisition in Florida, Innerlight Engineering, continuing the firm’s expansion in the Sunshine State. Innerlight Engineering will remain under the Innerlight Engineering brand into 2026, but will continue to collaborate closely across Pape-Dawson.
