Zubin Sukheswalla Promoted to Senior Vice President

Dallas, Texas (July 9, 2025) – Pape-Dawson is proud to announce the promotion of Zubin Sukheswalla, P.E., CFM, to Senior Vice President. With more than 22 years of experience in public works infrastructure, hydrology & hydraulics (H&H), and flood risk product development, Zubin has played a key role in supporting regional, state, and local clients. His expertise has been instrumental in navigating flood litigation and ensuring compliance with permitting requirements during complex project execution.

Since establishing Pape-Dawson’s Water Resources practice in North Texas in 2018, Zubin has grown the group to more than 40 professionals who provide H&H, water/wastewater, and project delivery services to public- and private-sector clients in the region. In 2021, Zubin was named the statewide leader of our H&H practice, successfully tripling the size of the team and expanding the firm’s client base and services across Texas.

In his new role as Senior Vice President, Zubin will continue to provide leadership in the North Texas marketplace, leading operations, business development, and recruitment efforts for the company’s Water Resources team, while advancing the strategic growth of the practice statewide and into new markets.

Zubin is an active member of the Texas Floodplain Management Association and serves as the Membership Committee Chair and State Director for the Texas Society of Professional Engineers, Preston Trails Chapter.
