AdventHealth-Health
Village Campus
This 58-acre campus is located in the Ivanhoe District of downtown Orlando, serving as a cornerstone of the urban community. Established in the 1950s, it is one of several major hospitals in the Orlando area. Over the years, the campus has expanded and now stands as the premier facility for cancer treatment and cardiovascular care.
As the Health Village campus continues to grow, Pape-Dawson (as Poulos & Bennett) has provided ongoing civil engineering services for new facilities. Notable projects include the construction of AdventHealth University, the Emergency Department Tower, the Engineering Office Building expansion, loading dock expansion, and intersection improvements at Orange Avenue and King Street, along with various temporary enabling projects. These initiatives were completed within an active health services campus, ensuring that the day-to-day functions of treatment services remained uninterrupted during the design and construction phases. Our civil engineering services encompass collaboration with a multi-disciplinary design team for conceptual plans, civil engineering design, construction plans, permitting with local and state regulatory agencies, and construction phase services.
