Pape-Dawson’s Florida team provided civil engineering, surveying, and entitlement consulting services for Alys Beach – a luxury community that combines seaside living with modern amenities.

Perched upon a cliff, the community boasts 1,600 LF of beachfront property and was designed with an emphasis on walkability and civic use, featuring narrow streets, tight lots, and piazzas. Commercial, office, and retail spaces are interwoven throughout neighborhoods, providing residents with the opportunity to work and recreate near home.

The development included measures to conserve natural vegetation, protect local sea turtle populations, prevent flooding, and preserve the pristine white sand the area is known for.
