Boone Manor

Boone Manor is an upscale 248-unit high-rise residential development in the Museum District. The project is a podium-style design spanning 13 stories, with nine floors above four levels of parking on a dense urban site. To provide a more aesthetically pleasing presence for the building, the Pape-Dawson team helped to relocate overhead electrical and telecom lines underground, which required significant coordination with CenterPoint Energy. The team thoughtfully phased the project to minimize disruption to the surrounding area as much as possible.

Our scope included boundary, improvement, and topographic surveys; platting with approvals from City of Houston; civil site design and construction documents, including demolition, site dimensional control, paving, utility, grading, and drainage plans; stormwater management and stormwater quality plans; and off-site utility extensions to serve the development. We also provided permitting support, easement documents, and construction phase services.
