Christ Presbyterian
Academy Fortis Arena
Pape-Dawson provided civil engineering services for Fortis Arena, a new athletics facility at Christ Presbyterian Academy in Nashville.
The project required an innovative stormwater management solution to accommodate the arena while preserving a critical detention pond within the building footprint. Working within a constrained site, the team designed a detention system beneath the facility that maintains flood protection while supporting campus expansion.
To meet Nashville’s Low Impact Development requirements, the design incorporated bioretention features and water quality improvements, creating a resilient solution that supports both the facility and the surrounding campus.
