Pape-Dawson (as Eberly & Associates) provided civil engineering services for a new 344,727-SF, 2,500-student high school. The three-story building features classrooms, offices, a cafeteria, media center, and gymnasium space.

The athletic facilities feature a grass practice field and six-lane track, a grass multipurpose field, separate artificial turf softball and baseball fields, six tennis courts, and surface parking.

The design also includes a 2,100-seat, 6,000-SF stadium with an artificial turf field and eight-lane track that serves Clayton County.

To best serve its students and the County, over 1,300 new parking spaces were added. Prior to development, our team worked with the architect, based on parking studies, to ensure convenient and accessible parking.
