Hawthorne Ridge and Newberry are two seamlessly interconnected residential developments in Henry County serving separate clients. Together, the developments deliver 374 single-family detached lots and 132 townhomes across two amenity-rich sites complete with clubhouses, pools, and fire pits. Both projects required widening of Mt. Carmel Road with auxiliary lanes at four entrances. Our team provided end-to-end services including due diligence, land planning, surveying, civil design, permitting, lot fits, final plats, and closeout for this large-scale, multiclient endeavor.
