Hayden Westside Redevelopment
This project involved the redevelopment of a previously abandoned 34-unit townhome project within the City of Atlanta that originated during the Great Recession. Our team performed due diligence investigations to assess existing site conditions and regulatory constraints, and subsequently prepared updated land development plans, coordinated permitting efforts, and developed house location plans.
