Kissing Tree

Kissing Tree is a gated, 1,300-acre senior-living community in San Marcos. Pape-Dawson provided civil engineering and surveying services for the initial development, a 213-acre project that consists of residential lots, a community center, and supplemented irrigation for a local golf course.

As project manager, we were responsible for all design, analysis, and communication services, including establishing main site control, quality control on LiDAR data, and construction tasks. We also supervised the platting process and used City and County requirements to establish system design parameters.
