Pioneers Campus
Pioneers is a Christian missions organization headquartered in southeast Orlando, on the shore of Lake Whippoorwill near Lake Nona. The 28-acre Pioneers campus provides conference facilities and in-house accommodations as well as an on-site hotel for visitors. Pape-Dawson (as Poulos & Bennett) provided consulting services to assist the Campus with future development programming and projects for campus expansion.
Our services included conceptual planning to position the campus for the sale of excess land and land entitlement, conceptual design for multi-family and commercial outparcels, and utility analysis and design of a central sewer system sized to accommodate future expansion.
