Sterling Lakes
Pape-Dawson provided civil engineering and surveying engineering services for this 189-acre tract. The scope of services included preparing master sets of construction plans, contract documents, and technical specifications for construction of in-tract water, sanitary sewer, and drainage facilities. A master drainage plan was developed and basins sized to provide no adverse impact. We coordinated with adjacent development engineers, obtained approvals from Brazoria County, the City of Iowa Colony, Brazoria County MUD No. 31, and Brazoria County Drainage District No. 5. This project also included the design and construction of approximately 1,200’ of County Road 56 and approximately 2,300’ of Sterling Lakes West Boulevard.
