Pape-Dawson (as Bonnett Design Group) collaborated closely with the owner and design team to deliver a thoughtfully planned multifamily community featuring a suite of high-end amenities. The lakefront pool, outdoor kitchen, and lounge areas were designed to emulate a resort-style environment, enhancing both functionality and resident experience. A boardwalk connection provides direct access to a dedicated dog park and resident plaza, promoting walkability and community engagement.

Integrated hardscape and landscape elements were strategically coordinated to create a cohesive visual and spatial relationship with the development’s architectural character. This holistic approach resulted in a seamless, high-quality presentation throughout the exterior environment.
