Solterra Resort

Solterra Resort is a destination resort home community. Pape-Dawson (as Bonnett Design Group) provided master planning consultation and permitting along with the full landscape architectural design of the community entries, streetscapes, park spaces, resort clubhouse, and amenity site. The amenity center includes a large pool with a waterfall and slide, a beach entry area, and refined adult area within one 6,500-SF pool. A lazy river was added as part of an expansion to further enhance the overall experience. A playground, formal event lawn, and tennis and volleyball courts provide guests with spaces to recreate and gather.
