Trevesta

Trevesta is a large, master planned, mixed-use development. Located just east of I-75, the community features smaller gated enclaves, neighborhood pocket parks, and a large amenity center. Our Florida team provided civil site development services, hardscape, and landscape design for a new gated enclave. The entry gate, monuments, and landscape provide a unique and consistent feel to the community. Amenities include a screened lakefront pavilion, pool, playground, and fire pit plaza.
