Mustang Lakes

Mustang Lakes is a 681-acre, 3,000-lot master planned community in Celina. The client provided conceptual plans and our planning team detailed various lot types, amenity locations, mixed-use areas, and assisted with appropriate phasing for long-term construction of the project.

The southernmost main entrance to the development is enhanced through distinctive street curvatures and retention ponds styled as true water features. Our design contributions preserved the existing central lake and its surrounding structures, incorporating them into the main amenity center for the community.
