Richwoods is a 506-acre, 1,667-lot gated community in Frisco, Texas. Our planning team developed the master plan and other design documents, work that spanned from 2010 to 2016. Richwoods features an internal ring road that connects neighborhood parks, schools, enhanced landscaping, and the amenity center to minimize traffic circulation in front of the homes. Each gated entry into the project has its own visual character with different landscaping, pavement types, and guardhouse structures.
