The Star Trail master-planned community is located on more than 800 acres in Prosper, Texas. Our planners and engineers worked with the developer through land planning, phasing, and continuing construction of more than 1,700 lots for luxury homes framed by future extensions to both Legacy Drive and the Dallas North Tollway. The main entry features enhanced curvature and views across retention ponds. A defining characteristic of the plan is a heavily landscaped internal ring road. Different lot types are clustered to create neighborhoods within a neighborhood, while miles of trails and central amenities connect the whole community.

Townlake at Flower Mound
With easy access to both SH 114 and the DFW International Airport, Townlake includes 160 luxury residential lots situated on nearly 150 acres. Our land planners assisted the developer through all stages of land planning to see this premier single-family community through to completion.

Village on Main Street in Frisco, Texas is a 52.4 acre development comprised of 128 townhomes and 146 detached lots in two sizes with multiple park spaces. Our planning team led the design process to provide a genuine, mixed-residential feeling for the neighborhood.
