The 52.4-acre Village on Main Street community features 128 townhomes, 146 detached lots in two sizes, and multiple park spaces that feature ponds and walking paths. To facilitate the inclusion of these open spaces, our planners worked closely with the City of Frisco and the developer to thoughtfully address perimeter lot placements, street connections, and on-site detention. Thoughtful design went into park designs, making them dual-use recreational and water drainage structures. Street names were chosen to complement the themes of the surrounding existing neighborhoods, making this a more seamless residential infill project.
