Pape-Dawson is providing construction management and inspection services for this program which includes 85 miles of water pipeline spanning across Caldwell, Guadalupe, and Hays Counties.

As the program’s owner’s representative, our Construction Management and Inspection team oversees eight concurrent construction projects. Pape-Dawson leads this eight-consultant, five-contractor effort through innovative technical solutions, collaborative stakeholder engagement, and hands-on, problem solving management style.

The project has a $420M construction value and includes management of 250+ landowners and oversight of multiple, concurrent construction packages, including:

• Water treatment plant with 3 ground storage tanks
• Booster pump station with a ground storage tank
• 5 water transmission pipeline segments (85 miles)
• 3 elevated storage tanks
• 2 major river crossings
• 8 major road/railroad crossings
