Pape-Dawson was the civil engineer responsible for meeting this project’s goals of beautification, access management, and safety improvements for FM 1098, the main entrance for the university campus.
Loop 1604 East
Pape-Dawson was responsible for developing PS&E to reconstruct and improve a 2.8-mile segment of Loop 1604 East, between Lower Seguin Road and IH 10 East.
