and Dove Springs Lift Station

Saddlecreek is a mixed-use development including hundreds of single-family fee simple units, single-family condominium units, multi-family apartments, and multiple commercial parcels.

Pape-Dawson provided sewer improvements needed for Saddlecreek’s off-site sewer main, including 7,200 LF of gravity sewer main, a 5-MGD lift station (with a 2-MGD interim phase), and 1,400 LF of a dual force main (10” and 12”) connecting to the existing Dove Springs wastewater treatment plant. Our services included overseeing PS&E, flow capacity calculations, hydraulic pump calculations, force main sizing, project coordination, and construction oversight.
