Travis Considine Hired as Vice President, Governmental Affairs

 

San Antonio, Texas (February 15, 2024) – Pape-Dawson Engineers announces the hiring of Travis Considine as Vice President, Governmental Affairs. Mr. Considine brings 17 years of experience in communications, government relations, and public affairs to Pape-Dawson.

 

Mr. Considine previously served as Communications Director for the Texas Department of Public Safety, where he was responsible for leading crisis response, public affairs strategies, and managing a statewide team of commissioned Public Information Officers. He has also worked closely with the Office of the Governor, state legislative offices, congressional delegations, local officials, and other state agencies to promote the safety and security of all Texans.

 

While working for various political operations, Mr. Considine successfully managed the flow of information between campaigns and the public, establishing multi-channel communications strategies with members of the press, community leaders, and social media news outlets.
