Trey, a third-generation member of the Dawson family, continues the legacy established by his grandfather and co-founder, Gene Dawson, Sr., in 1965. Over the past 60 years, Pape-Dawson has grown from a local operation into a thriving industry leader, built on a foundation of hard work, integrity, and respect. Trey is committed to upholding the values that have underscored Pape-Dawson’s success while embracing modern strategies to drive future growth for decades to come.
Trey’s leadership has been instrumental in shaping the firm Pape-Dawson has become. He has taken the lead in growing the company to 1,700 employees in six states. With his guidance, the company has achieved new levels of operational excellence while preserving the collaborative, innovative culture that defines Pape-Dawson.
