Justin Clark, P.E., PTOE, Promoted to Vice President

 

San Antonio, Texas (December 20, 2023) – Pape-Dawson Engineers announces the promotion of Justin Clark, P.E., PTOE, to Vice President. Mr. Clark joined Pape-Dawson in 2011 and has 13 years of experience in traffic and transportation design projects, with an expertise in corridor studies, parking studies, innovative intersection analysis, and multimodal level of service analysis.

 

Mr. Clark has also been responsible for several on-call traffic engineering assignments for TxDOT, Bexar County, City of San Antonio, and City of New Braunfels. Projects he has led include traffic signal designs, traffic signal timing, signing and pavement markings, bicycle and pedestrian facility development, school zones, intelligent transportation systems, and illumination design.

 

Mr. Clark’s leadership and technical skills have contributed to the success of many Pape-Dawson projects, including the City of Corpus Christi Roadway Impact Fee Study, City of San Antonio Traffic Signal Rebuilds, and TxDOT and City of New Braunfels Highway Safety Improvement Program Design. Mr. Clark is a past officer of the South Texas Institute of Transportation Engineers (STITE), where he served both locally and at the state level.
