NASHVILLE, Tennessee (May 5, 2026) – Pape-Dawson is pleased to announce the promotion of Brad Slayden, P.E., to Senior Vice President.
With more than 27 years of experience, Brad brings extensive expertise in the design and permitting of hospitality, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments, as well as single-family and multi-family residential projects. His background includes land entitlement, construction documentation, and navigating approvals at the local, state, and federal levels.
Throughout his career, Brad has led the successful delivery of high-profile developments across the Nashville region. His portfolio includes major projects such as Nashville Yards, the Titans Stadium, Franklin Park Mixed Use, the Nissan Battery Plant, HCA Capitol View, and numerous retail developments throughout the greater Nashville area. His deep understanding of urban infill, combined with a focus on infrastructure efficiency, continues to set his work apart.
Brad maintains active involvement in the industry as a member of NAIOP and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
In his new role as Senior Vice President, Brad will lead Pape-Dawson’s Tennessee Commercial Land Development team while also helping integrate the Louisville team, strengthening regional growth and guiding the next generation of engineers.
